Built: 1987
Currently lying: Torquay, UK - United Kingdom

Yachting Brokers are pleased to offer for sale a Westerly Merlin.
Built from 1984 to 1992, the Westerly Merlin was the second design that Westerly commissioned from Ed Dubois, with the aim of higher performance and a more modern hull form than the Laurent Giles designed Konsort. The Merlin has a good interior layout with aft cabin. The Merlin is also regarded as being generally faster than the Konsort.
‘Unicorn’ has the benefit of new mast, boom, standing rigging and sails in approximately 2011 as well as a recently installed Volvo D1-20 fresh water cooled engine and stainless steel fuel tank. The decks are in need of a fresh coat of paint and some interior head-linings require attention and we have reflected this in the competitive asking price.
Appointments to view can be booked in advance directly with Paul Singer of Yachting Brokers, Totnes office on 01803 611493. Please note that our yachts are located both ashore and afloat across a wide geographic region and therefore prior appointments are essential before travelling to view.
