Yachting Brokers have their own French consultant agents across Northern and Western France enabling us to safely and expertly represent boats in either market to purchasers from France, the UK or overseas. All enquiries are handled from our main offices in the UK and then coordinated with either English or French speaking brokers.
Yachting Brokers work to ensure a smooth purchase process and we offer a range of additional services including contact details of ‘local’ surveyors, assistance with transport and money saving assistance with foreign exchange transfers. Purchase paperwork is in dual language where required and boats are checked to ensure compliance and VAT status (where applicable). We also manage de-registration from the French registry.
Please note that our brokerage boats are based in their home port or marina across the South coast and France so before travelling it is important to have made viewing arrangements with ourselves to avoid disappointment.
